We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our in-office team at Jade Finance.
This position is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a creative mindset, and a genuine interest in marketing, design, and copywriting. You’ll support our experienced marketing team across a wide range of digital and print projects.

About the Role

You’ll assist the marketing team across multiple creative and administrative areas, including:

Assisting with social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities

Writing and editing marketing copy, including social media captions, short articles, and promotional content

Helping to design and produce on-brand marketing materials for print and digital platforms

Using Google Drive Suite to create and manage documents, presentations, and graphics

Coordinating co-branded campaigns and materials with partner businesses

Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly

Supporting Senior Marketers with campaign planning, approvals, and administration

Working collaboratively with a team of marketers, designers, and developers to deliver quality results

This on-location position at our Varsity Lakes office offers flexibility — available as full-time or part-time depending on your skills and availability.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in Google Drive Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

Strong interest in copywriting, social media, and digital marketing

Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy

A keen eye for design, layout, and presentation

High attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Proactive, confident, and passionate, with a willingness to learn new skills

Adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
