About Us
Mobile Services International is an Australian, family-owned company that owns and operates the businesses of The Leather & Timber Doctor franchise group, and Care Cover Pty Ltd. Our close-knit team focus on growth, delivering results whilst having a lot of fun. Our franchise group is Australia's largest mobile surface repair franchise and now with franchisees spanning 4 countries, we need driven people to join our head office team. We're looking for a versatile, hands-on team member to assist in a marketing and customer support capacity.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing & Customer Support Assistant, your role will be twofold: supporting digital marketing activities and providing customer service support. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, help drive growth and work closely with team members. Each day is different with activities that include:
Responsibilities and Activities
Draft, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns
Write blog posts, assist with SEO content strategy and content planning
Plan, design, and publish content for social media channels
Assist with Google Ads campaign monitoring, and reporting
Monitor and respond to Facebook and Instagram messages/ inquiries
Work collaboratively with other team members
Provide phone support, email support, and order processing to ensure excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need a mix of technical, creative, and interpersonal skills:
Marketing / Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of Canva (designing posts, layouts, graphics)
Video editing ability (basic trimming, adding text overlays, subtitles)
Experience with CRMs — managing contacts, campaigns, tracking engagement
Comfort working with WordPress (editing pages, uploading content)
Basic understanding of Google Ads (or a willingness to learn)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines
A minimum of 2+ years of digital marketing experience is required for this position.
Customer Service / Soft Skills
Excellent communication (spoken and written)
Strong computer skills (Windows / Mac)
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
A helpful, patient, customer-centric attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt
A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience is required for this position.
