About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the dynamic marketing team at H1 Group as a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Marketing Direcotr, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and content development. Joining a fast-paced, innovative environment, this full-time position is located in our Port Melbourne office.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness and referrals, incluidng in home disability and aged care.

Create engaging social media content and manage the company's social media channels

Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and digital assets

Management Website across the varying brands and develop imrovement strategies.

Manage the CRM for B2B and B2C network and develop direct marketing campaigns driving engagement.

What we're looking for

1-2 years' experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant role, ideally within a Healthcare professional services or B2B environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and experience with content management systems and design tools

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred

Passionate about marketing and driven to continuously learn and develop your skills
