An award-winning architecture and interior design firm is seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in the single or multi-residential sector, with a passion for high-end residential, retail, and hospitality projects. You will have experience across all stages of design, from concept through to design development and detailing, and the ability to produce high-quality, buildable documentation. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and a refined sense of materiality, detailing, and spatial composition will set you apart. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine interior concepts from initial design through to completion

Prepare and present design proposals, concept boards, and documentation packages

Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules in Revit to support design intent

Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements and ensure quality outcomes

Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design vision and sustainability objectives

Contribute creative ideas during design reviews and actively support the delivery of project milestones

Assist with on-site coordination, ensuring design integrity through all project phases

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, ideally within multi-residential, retail, or hospitality projects

Proficiency in Revit for documentation and design coordination + SketchUp

Strong conceptual and spatial design skills with an excellent sense of proportion and materiality

Proven ability to produce detailed, buildable documentation

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven studio
