About the Client

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Design/Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects with integrity and meticulous attention to detail.

About the Role

In this role, you will coordinate the design process for current and upcoming luxury residential projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, consultants, suppliers, and construction teams, while maintaining the highest standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the design process from concept to completion

Work with consultants, clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication

Attend meetings to clarify design or construction issues

Prepare and follow up on Development Applications (DA), CDC, and Construction Certificates (CC)

Keep design documents, drawings, and approvals up to date and well-organised

Make sure all designs meet the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards

Support procurement, contract, and costing activities related to design

Identify and report design or project risks early

Check that construction work follows the approved design and documentation

Manage several projects at different design and construction stages

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Interior design experience is highly desirable, with strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and pricing

Well-established network and good relationships with suppliers

Strong administrative and document control experience

Hands-on site experience with a focus on issue resolution and project delivery

Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different disciplines

Passionate about project delivery and maintaining high standards of construction quality
