Walk alongside people on their recovery journey – from residential care to community support.
About the Role
At Richmind WA, we’re dedicated to helping people rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope.
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse – Mental Health to provide expert clinical care across two of our key programs:
- Tenacious House (2 days/week) – supporting men navigating mental health challenges and life-controlling issues in a residential setting.
- MH Connext – Specialised Services (2–3 days/week) – providing outreach mental health nursing support for people living in the community with complex mental health needs, including co-occurring AOD challenges.
This is a diverse role where you’ll bring your clinical expertise to different settings — helping residents stabilise and recover at Tenacious House, while empowering people in the community to live independently and confidently through MH Connext.
No two days are the same. You’ll deliver holistic, person-centred care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.
Your work will include:
- Conducting comprehensive mental health and risk assessments.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans.
- Supporting AOD withdrawal and medication management.
- Delivering mental health triage, crisis intervention, and health education.
- Linking people with GPs, specialists, and community supports.
- Promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and recovery-oriented practice.
- Maintaining accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
This role offers a mix of autonomy and collaboration, giving you the opportunity to make a difference in both residential and community settings.

You’ll bring:

- Strong assessment, care planning, and medication management skills.
- Knowledge of AOD withdrawal and co-occurring conditions.

- Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Working with Children Check
