Make a Meaningful Impact — Join Our Aboriginal Health Team as a Registered Nurse!

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, and Fixed Term Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for child and adolescent health, seeking a deeply meaningful role supporting Aboriginal children and families? This rewarding opportunity in the Perth Metropolitan area (North and South regions) offers the stability of family-friendly hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm), allowing you to step away from shift work. Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to culturally responsive care and play an essential part in promoting healthy development and community wellbeing.

Your clinical skills and cultural sensitivity are vital in delivering holistic, free services focused on prevention and early intervention. You will be an essential resource for families, providing practical, evidence-based advice on child health, development (including checks on growth, nutrition, immunisations), feeding, sleep, and behaviour, while also supporting parental wellbeing. Working collaboratively alongside Aboriginal Health Workers, Liaison Officers, and other professionals, you'll provide care in homes and clinics, ensuring families feel welcomed, secure, and connected to community resources.

Make a tangible and lasting impact by contributing your expertise to shape healthier, happier futures for Aboriginal children and empower their families. This role is about more than just healthcare; it's about celebrating the strengths of Aboriginal communities and delivering care that respects cultural diversity. If you are ready to make a profound difference in a supportive, family-centred environment, apply now to join this vital service.
