Our client is a proudly family-owned business with offices across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and the Australian Capital Territory. For over 15 years, they have been specialising in Ground Consolidation and Foundation Repair, specialising in advanced resin injection technology to address issues such as subsidence, underpinning, and structural levelling in both residential and commercial buildings.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Structural Sales Consultant to join their team immediately. The successful candidate will have proven experience in Ground Consolidation and Foundation Repair.

The successful applicant will report into the Operations Manager and will be part of of sales team consisting of 5 Structural Sales Consultants. This role will cover the Greater Sydney Area.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth across the Greater Sydney Area by pursuing inbound leads and quoting to secure new work across small residential (private home) and commercial building projects (ranging from $5k to $10k per project). Your duties will include:

• 3 days per week on the road visiting prospect clients for site inspections to quote jobs. Aim of achieving 5 to 6 site inspections per day / 15 to 18 per week. Site inspections are all generated from inbound leads and organised from a personal assistant scheduling your site inspection days.
• Meeting with home owners (Mums and Dads) as well as Commercial Buildings (Engineers or Building Owners) for site inspections.
• Assessing the sites issues and putting together a detailed quote to send to the client in a timely manner.
• Follow up with quotes to gain feedback and push to close out deals.
• Weekly (Monday) sales team meeting with the General Manager via Teams to discuss the previous weeks progress and the upcoming weeks actions.

What is on offer for you?

• Work from home: 3 Days completing site inspections and 2 days working from home completing site inspection admin and quote follow ups.
• Great Salary: $120k to $130k (Base salary) + Superannuation + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card/Tolls Tag + Performance Bonus + Phone + Laptop (Base salary - Negotiable based on experience)
• Great Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

What are we looking for?

• A motivated individual who is driven to grow the Sydney footprint for this business and make it there own!
• Essential experience / knowledge in - Concrete underpinning, Slab jacking, Void filling, Deep ground injection, Foundation repairs, Cracked wall repair, Sunken and cracked concrete, Cracked foundations, Subsidence and Unlevel buildings.
• Customer service - A clear confident communicator that provides calm, clear and positive communication when completing customer site inspections

• Ability to work autonomously - Working on the road with site inspections and working from home
