This role reports directly to the CEO. The Business Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing company-wide strategic agenda.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to develop portfolio-specific strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide insights that guide major business decisions.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your strategic thinking and analytical skills will directly influence growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic plans across business portfolios, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with the Strategic Finance Lead to integrate financial modelling and analysis into strategy development.
• Prepare high-quality strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for the CEO, Board, and Executive Team.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions, capturing key actions and ensuring effective follow-through.
• Monitor progress against objectives, recommending refinements as needed.

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading and executing strategic initiatives.
• Background in transport, friegh, logistics, consulting, or market analysis.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience working within private equity–backed environments (highly regarded)
