GROUP BUSINESS PARTNERING MANAGER (aka Head of Business Partnering)
This leadership position is both a hands on + strategic role business partners to key executive leaders in this ASX200 business. Specifically you will:
•Lead a robust business partnering team with partners aligning with the current executive leadership structure
•Leading, developing, and retaining a high-performing finance business partnering team of 3 people 
•Overseeing the tracking, reporting, and in-depth analysis of key business operating results and KPIs for group executive partners. Providing actionable insights to drive performance improvements and strategic decision-making. 
•Leading the annual budget process and prepare board reports to support budget proces
•Implementing a dynamic monthly 18-month rolling forecast system, maintaining stringent control over change logs and databases. Ensuring forecasts are accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of current business conditions
•Leading business strategy development, strategic thought leadership through financial analysis
•Ensuring high quality, accurate and data driven financial analysis for executive and senior leadership, supporting the group 5-year strategy

A BIT ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a highly commercial Head of/ Group Business Partnering Manager with a proven track record in leading successful teams and partnering with executive-level stakeholders in a group role.
Specifically you will have:
- Group FP&A Management experience in a medium-large sized, complex organisation
 - Exceptional business partnering skills including having liaised with C-suite executives
 - Directly managed a team of 2-3+
 - Held full P&L responsibility
 - A passion for using AI to solve problems and increase efficiencies across the business
 - ASX listed experience is nice to have
 - Hold a Bachelor's degree combined with a CA/ CPA

Salary is c. $200-210,000 including superannuation, + c. 12.5% bonus
