Hybrid role – on-site requirement during the first month

A large Government agency is embarking on a significant multi-year Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) Program to transform and modernise its existing HR landscape. This initiative will see legacy HR systems replaced with a contemporary, best-fit HCM platform.

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the design and implementation of future-state HR, Payroll and Talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of business processes and user requirements
• Collaborate with business and project teams to design and validate future-state HR processes
• Assess current as-is workflows, identify gaps and design to-be processes
• Gather, prioritise and trace business and functional requirements
• Produce detailed specifications to support system configuration and integration
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations throughout delivery

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst across SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning)
• Experience in large-scale HR technology programs, data migration, integrations and testing
• Exposure to SAP ERP and government environments highly regarded
• Experience in requirement gathering, BPMN process modelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven capability in data migration, integration, and testing within large-scale HRIS implementations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
