About the Role:
They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Sunshine Coast office, working in the Business Services team. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a motivated accountant who wants access to incredible development opportunities, while also working in a fun and dynamic environment with plenty of social perks! They are a highly energetic team, who enjoy a brilliant 'work hard, play hard' mentality!

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing tax returns and financial statements for all entities (partnerships, companies, trusts, individuals) up to $50 million
• Offering client support by answering queries directly
• Engaging in complex tax calculations such as Div7a, CGT and FBT
• Collaborating with the partner and manager on multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Potentially reviewing some junior or offshore work, depending on experience

Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm (tax or business services)
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance and laws
• Currently pursuing, or open to pursuing, CPA or CA qualification
• Experience with Xero and Microsoft Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You’re motivated by growth, love building strong client relationships, and want a role that offers real career progression
