An ASX-listed financial services group is looking to welcome a Senior Accountant to its growing Brisbane team. The business brings together Accounting & Business Advisory, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management, SMSF, and ESG Advisory services under one roof - offering clients a truly integrated approach and accountants exposure to a wide range of work.

While this opportunity best suits a confident Senior Accountant ready to take ownership of complex work and client relationships, the team is also open to strong Intermediate Accountants ready to step up, or experienced Managers looking to expand their scope and progression prospects.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Accountant

Preparation and review of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.

Oversight of BAS, FBT, CGT, and compliance work.

Supporting and reviewing the work of junior accountants and assisting with their development.

Conducting or contributing to client tax planning meetings and resolving technical queries.

Partnering with internal specialists across advisory, corporate finance, and wealth management division.

About You:

3–6+ years’ experience in Australian public practice accounting.

CA or CPA qualified (or in progress).

Strong technical knowledge across CGT, FBT, and Division 7A.

Confident communicator with client-facing experience and commercial insight.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop professionally.
