Senior Accountant (Step Into Client Management) | Hybrid | Cloud-Based Firm

You’ll be stepping into a true client management role, running your own portfolio of clients while working directly with a Director who’ll mentor you closely. Think of it as the bridge between Senior Accountant and Supervisor/Assistant Manager, with a clear growth plan mapped out over the next two years.

💰 Salary Range

$90,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation.

💼 The Role

Manage your own client portfolio (you’ll be the main point of contact)

Work directly with a Director - real mentorship, not micromanagement.

Handle groups and clients with turnovers well into the millions.

Deliver both compliance and advisory outcomes - you’ll actually see the impact of your work.

Review and guide juniors, with support to develop your leadership skills.

2 days WFH each week (all WFH gear provided).

Xero-based, fully cloud practice - no clunky systems holding you back.
