About the Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of projects in the $2M–$10M range. You’ll be supported by an organised team, quality subbies, and streamlined systems that allow you to focus on building, not paperwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing site operations, subcontractors & quality outcomes

Driving WHS, toolbox talks & safety compliance

Delivering high-quality results across both structure & finishes

Leading site teams and mentoring junior staff

Ensuring projects are delivered on time & to client expectations

About You

Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction

Strong portfolio of commercial projects ($1M–$10M)

Experience across both structure and detailed finishes

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Proven ability to deliver projects to a high standard
