Our flagship store opens on 19 January 2026 at the iconic new Sydney Fish Market, a world-class waterfront destination that will draw both locals and visitors alike.

The store will be an Australian-first concept - a 360-degree immersive lifestyle experience featuring curated olive oils, vinegars, foods, homewares, and beauty. Every element of the space is designed to engage the senses and tell the story of the olive in new and inspiring ways.

This is the first chapter in a bold journey to redefine how Australians experience olive oil - through storytelling, sensory pleasure, and exceptional design.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Retail Associates (full-time and part-time) and a Senior Retail Associate to join our founding store team.

Customer experience sits at the heart of Olivetta. Every detail, every interaction, and every story told in-store must reflect the brand’s refined and welcoming spirit.

You will report to a seasoned and experienced luxury Store Manager who leads from the front and is known for building strong, motivated teams with exceptional culture.

Full product and service training will be provided, beginning from 5 January 2026.

Your Role

Deliver exceptional service that embodies Olivetta’s ethos.

Guide customers through a sensory journey of taste and design.

Support visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards.

Contribute to daily store operations and sales goals.

For the Senior role: provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring to the wider team.

What You Bring

Experience in premium or design-led retail, or customer-facing hospitality.

Warmth, confidence, and impeccable presentation.

A natural passion for food, beauty, and craftsmanship.

Availability for weekends and public holidays.
