About the role

Join the talented team at COCO Tiles and Mosaics' as an All-rounder assisting is Administration and Sales on a full-time basis in our Gaythorne showroom location. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support a to help our busy tile showroom run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customers services, guiding them through our extensive tile and mosaic collection.

Provide day to day assistance with administration, including but not limited to emails, social media, answering phones, booking appointments for the designer

Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, social media platforms, and CRM software systems is required for administrative duties

Assisting with product orders, invoicing, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient showroom operations

Maintaining accurate records and inventory data

Contributing to a positive team culture and delivering an outstanding customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous administration, sales or customer service experience, ideally within the home design, building, or renovation industry

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional client service

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

A passion for tiles, interiors, and the home improvement industry

Flexibility to work full-time hours, including potentially half day on the weekends

Availability for occasional weekend work is required

Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
