We’re seeking an experienced Clinic Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for hands-on treating to drive performance, inspire a passionate team, and deliver exceptional client experiences across our Mosman clinic.

This is a leadership role with a clinical focus, perfect for someone who thrives in management but still loves being hands-on with treatments.

About the Role

As a Clinic Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading your team and maintaining your own client base, ensuring clinical excellence is at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Dermal Clinicians to achieve KPI's

Maintain a hands-on treating roster each week, delivering premium client care

Oversee clinic operations including stock management, and compliance

Drive strong team culture, accountability, and personal development

Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement growth strategies

Ensure high standards of client experience and clinical results

What You Bring

Proven management experience in a skin clinic, beauty clinic, or healthcare setting (essential)

Strong leadership and team-building skills — you lead by example

Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Nursing Degree

2+ years of clinical experience in skin treatments

Passion for treating and achieving real skin transformations

Commercial awareness and KPI-driven mindset

Positive, inspiring energy that uplifts both clients and team members

What We Offer

Above-award hourly rate: $40–$47/hour (depending on management and clinical experience)
