Mow On Lawn Solutions is seeking a casual or full-time Lawn Maintenance Team Member to join our epic team in Victoria Point, Queensland. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn mowing, edging, and general landscaping services to our valued customers in the Redlands area.

What a normal day looks like:

Start at my place at 7am, jobs are loaded on our work app with instructions. ( Normally doing 10-16 lawns a day for a team of 2)

Regular lawn mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain the appearance & health of customer properties.

Carrying out minor landscaping tasks such as weeding, mulching, and clearing debris.

Using the latest commercial quality equipment both petrol and Battery.

Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer inquiries or concerns

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Having a beer at the end of the day when cleaning equipment

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a similar lawn maintenance or landscaping role

Strong physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

A valid manual driver's license to use our work vehicles (willing to learn)

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
