Accounts Receivable Officer

Looking for a junior accounting grad or on a Working Holiday Visa with solid communication skills and accounting know-how to join a fast-paced, high-growth business and make your mark!

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and resolve customer queries
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Process and allocate customer payments; prepare daily banking
• Maintain aged debtor balances and assist with general queries
• Use SAP system confidently and accurately

Requirements:

• Background in accounts/collections, or a junior accounting graduate
• Working Holiday Visa holders with relevant experience are welcome
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident, proactive, and able to thrive both independently and in a team
• Comfortable working full-time in the office (5 days/week)
