One of the top partners in the Business Services division is seeking a motivated and technically strong Senior or Supervisor Accountant to step into a client-facing, managerial role. The portfolio spans industries including healthcare, wellbeing, and mining, with client turnovers of up to $100M. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of significant client engagements and fast-track their career within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow for both onshore and offshore teams
• Review compliance work completed by junior team members
• Join the partner for in-person client meetings and progressively run your own
• Contribute to strategic advisory work, including building forecast models
• Build long-term client relationships and expand your professional network

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
• Experience servicing clients with turnovers of $10M+ (healthcare or mining experience is a bonus)
• CPA/CA qualified or near completion
• Proven experience managing workflow and reviewing junior staff work
• Strong client relationship skills and growth-oriented mindset
