The Role
As Digital Product Specialist, you will help shape and deliver the digital roadmap: spanning websites, member portals, and the mobile app, to improve how members access and engage with services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital, you will work alongside marketing, digital, and IT teams to enhance conversion, retention, and satisfaction. It is a hands-on, visible role balancing product thinking with delivery, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
You will play across the full lifecycle: from insight to delivery, optimisation to adoption. Your day will range from prioritising enhancements and testing UX improvements, to briefing agencies and ensuring data flows seamlessly between digital and supporting platforms.
What You’ll Lead
- Shape and deliver the digital roadmap across web, portal, and app environments.
- Partner with marketing, IT, and design to enhance digital journeys and member experience.
- Analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage digital operations: stability, releases, and continuous enhancement.
- Drive projects across member retention, smart claiming, and digital cards.
- Coordinate vendors, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to bring initiatives to life.
- Ensure governance, accessibility, and security standards are met across all platforms; and
- Champion member-first digital thinking across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing digital products or CX initiatives that improve user journeys and performance.
- The ability to bridge business, creative, and technical teams, translating ideas into delivery.
- Familiarity with content management and CRM platforms and how they connect.
- A data-informed mindset: you look at analytics and user behaviour to guide optimisation.
- Proactive and self-directed, you take ownership and make progress without waiting for permission.
- A natural collaborator and problem-solver who thrives in smaller, cross-functional teams.
- Curious, adaptable, and purpose-driven, you care about creating digital experiences that genuinely help people.
