Inbound Sales Consultants – Legal Services (Immediate Start)

Full time | Remote | $65,000–$75,000 base + quarterly performance bonuses

Repute Law is growing fast, and we are looking for driven, empathetic, and high-performing Inbound Sales Consultants to join our remote-first team.

You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking urgent legal support, guiding them from initial enquiry to retained client with professionalism, care, and clarity. Every conversation you have will help someone facing a stressful situation feel supported and confident that they are in the right hands.

About the Role

Handle warm inbound enquiries, with no cold calling

Conduct phone consultations to qualify leads and convert them into clients

Communicate value with empathy and confidence, ensuring every client feels heard

Follow structured internal systems to deliver consistent, high-conversion results

Work closely with our legal and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client handover

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience converting inbound leads in legal, financial, insurance, or professional services

Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and genuinely care about outcomes

Confidence handling sensitive client conversations with empathy and discretion

Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by clear performance metrics

Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems in a remote environment

English fluency essential, additional languages highly regarded
