My client is needing a Payroll Advisor based in Upper Mount Gravatt to manage their payroll. This role is a permanent full time position, however a 9 day fortnight will also be considered.

On a day to day basis, this role will involve:

• Manage all aspects of the end to end payroll processing for approx 500 employees
• Ensure all employee information is correct and up to date
• Liaise with managers and staff to clarify payroll information and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accurate calculation, reconciliation, and payment of wages, superannuation, PAYG, salary sacrifice, PLSL and other statutory deductions within required timeframes.
• Complete month end reporting as requested
• Development and continuous improvement of payroll systems, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain compliant policies and procedures for payroll processing

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Extensive experience in end to end payroll processing
• MicrOpay knowledge and experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A good team player
• Ability to manage competing deadlines

Salary: circa $100k plus Super FTE
