Business Analyst - Business Central (Process Focus)
Location: Bowen Hills (Hybrid)
Contract: 9-month contract | Start date: ASAP | Day Rate: Up to $800 Per Day

We're working with a growing national business undergoing a major finance systems transformation, implementing Microsoft Business Central as their new ERP platform.

This is a hands-on process-focused Business Analyst role suited to someone with a strong accounting mindset who enjoys building structure, documentation, and process design from the ground up. You'll work across multiple entities and functions, helping to shape core financial processes and reporting frameworks for a business that's scaling quickly through acquisitions.

What you'll do:

• Map, analyse, and document end-to-end finance processes.
• Design the chart of accounts, reporting structures, and invoicing workflows
• Partner with finance and project teams to streamline processes and standardise operations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to deliver the implementation on time
• Support documentation, testing, and readiness for go-live in July 2026

What you'll bring:

• Strong finance or accounting background with process improvement experience
• Hands-on exposure to Business Central, D365 FinOps, or similar ERP systems
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and change delivery
• Practical, proactive approach to problem-solving and business alignment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure
