We are seeking a full-time team member, to join our Perth team, responsibilities include:

· First point of contact for all business-related calls and customer arrivals.

· Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using CRM directories, and legacy databases.

· Acquiring and updating knowledge of employers' and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions.

· Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish relationships and act on selling opportunities.

· Communicating and assessing customers' needs and recommending and explaining goods and services to them.

· Monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity and reporting these developments to sales management.

· Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms with vendors and completing contracts and recording orders.

· Arranging coordination of goods, installation of equipment.

· Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services by use of company CRM software.

· Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased and resolving any problems arising.

· Preparing quarterly and monthly AU sales reports.

· Ability to grow within the business.

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

· Bachelor level qualifications OR at 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu.

· At least 1 year of recent work experience is required.

· In depth knowledge of subsea market with a strong focus on subsea connectivity.
