Essential requirements:

Registered Nurse - Current AHPRA Registration

Experience in preparing and conducting clinical assessments, care plans, AN-AAC and accreditation compliance and documentation.

Experience working with the elderly, preferably in an aged care setting.

Case management including case conferencing and family liaison.

Identifying and managing clinical risk

Solid understanding of the new Aged Care standards

Flexible, reliable and a ‘can-do’ working attitude.

Excellent administration, computer, and software skills

Excellent Team Management Skills

Desirable experience/skills:

Minimum three (3) years aged care experience in Australia.

Dementia experience.

Touriandi Aged Care Lodge is looking for a full-time Care Manager to help us deliver ageing in place care to our residents. Reporting to the Manager, you will be part of a highly supportive workplace culture with a genuine passion for continuous improvement and excellence. Care management of a boutique 28 bed home, currently undergoing a renewal program.

You will provide care in accordance with the individual needs of the residents, be familiar with the Aged Care Charter of Rights and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Legislation & Accreditation Standards.
