The Role:
Embark on an exciting journey with Australian Earthworks & Haulage as our next HV Diesel Fitter - Mobile Plant and Road Transport. In this contract role leading to permanent position, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy vehicles from Dozers, Excavators, Loaders as well as assorted Kenworth Road Trains and floats. Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, with a strong focus on mobile plant and road transport equipment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cert 3 Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
• Experience working in the Other sector, particularly in the field of earthworks and haulage
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
