Company's Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman - Civil to oversee daily operations on a variety of civil construction projects across Greater Sydney. This position suits a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge in earthworks, excavations, piling, shotcreting, demolitions, and general civil works. You will play a key role in coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise daily site activities in line with project plans and schedules.

Lead and manage site crews and subcontractors to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, plant, and materials.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards.

Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programs.

Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

Monitor progress, costs, and timelines to ensure delivery within budget and program.

Identify and resolve site issues promptly; report daily progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand in civil construction.

Strong technical understanding of earthworks, excavation, piling, and shotcreting.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Current White Card; additional tickets or trade qualifications will be highly regarded.
