Join one of Australia’s leading chauffeured transport companies as we continue to expand nationally. Based in our newly fitted-out Waterloo office, this role is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives in a client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service outcomes.
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that manages client bookings and provides outstanding support across multiple channels. You’ll also handle customer feedback - investigating, responding, and identifying service improvement opportunities to help us continually enhance our client experience.
What You’ll Do
Support clients with their booking enquiries and make reservations accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer, client, and partner enquiries via phone, chat, and email
Manage and resolve customer feedback with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
Collaborate with Service Delivery to identify and address service issues or trends
Maintain detailed records and follow through to ensure client satisfaction
Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence handling escalations and feedback
Excellent attention to detail and time management
