Administration Officer Emergency Department

Employment Type: Permanent Part Time 5 x 8 Hours shifts per fortnight, available for rotation 24/7 shift work including nights, public holidays and weekends.
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3
Remuneration: $34.47 - $35.54 per hour plus superannuation
Hours Per Week: 20 hours

The successful candidate must be available for a 24/7 rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays. (2 days one week, 3 days the following week).

Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated and proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional and confidential attitude at all times.
3. Demonstrated advanced administrative and clerical skills including data accuracy.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high acuity area.
6. Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
7. Ability to work a 24 hour rotating roster.
