Pay Rate: $42.43 per hour + Super
Hours: 8.5 hrs per day / 76 hrs per fortnight – 9-day fortnight
Duration: ASAP start until 27 February 2026

About the Role
Transport for NSW is seeking three motivated Road Workers to join the maintenance team based in Narrandera.

You’ll be part of a close-knit crew delivering essential road maintenance and repair activities across the local network — helping to keep NSW roads safe and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Pavement and pothole repairs
• Guardrail, sign and guide post installation
• Rubbish collection and call-outs
• Traffic control duties

• Perform a range of routine and repetitive physical tasks using hand and power tools
• Support skilled trades and machinery operators in road construction and maintenance

You’re hands-on, reliable and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team. You take pride in maintaining safe work practices and contributing to quality outcomes on every job.

Requirements

• White Card
• WOF (Worksite Order Form)
• Current Car Licence (MR Licence desirable)
• Traffic Control Ticket (or willing to obtain)
• Police Check (can start pending result; any issues may result in early termination)
