Psychologist – Child and Adolescent Focused (Full or Part-Time)
Think Psychologists | Geelong
Are you a psychologist who truly cares about helping children and families thrive and who wants to grow within a kind, values-led, multidisciplinary team?
If so, we’d love to meet you.
About Us
Think Psychologists is a multidisciplinary paediatric clinic in Geelong, bringing together psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology and social work.
Our approach is relationship-based, neuro-affirming and family-centred, grounded in compassion, curiosity and collaboration.
We believe children and families flourish when professionals work together and when clinicians are supported to do meaningful work in an environment that values wellbeing, reflection and growth.
At Think, we hire purposefully because culture matters. You’ll join a team that values connection over competition, curiosity over perfection and meaningful impact over metrics.
The Role
We’re seeking a fully registered psychologist to join our growing team (we have a high volume of referrals).
You’ll work alongside experienced senior clinicians who love mentoring and collaboration, and you’ll be supported to shape a caseload that reflects your strengths — whether that’s assessment, therapy, family work or supporting neurodivergent children.
We also welcome early-career psychologists who are eager to learn. You’ll receive structured onboarding, regular supervision (individual and group), opportunities to shadow experienced clinicians, and a supportive pathway to grow your confidence and skill. We offer structured onboarding, weekly 1:1 supervision initially, then fortnightly, plus observation and peer learning opportunities.
What We Offer
Supportive, neuro-affirming multidisciplinary team
Structured onboarding and mentoring for early-career clinicians
Individual and group supervision
Generous PD allowance and paid PD days
Tailored caseloads aligned to your interests and strengths
Flexible work options (full or part-time)
Beautiful clinic spaces and a genuinely kind, collaborative culture
A workplace that values inclusion, curiosity and compassion
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Care deeply about children, families and meaningful change
Bring warmth, integrity and curiosity to your work
Want to belong to a team where connection, learning and kindness are core values
