About the Role

This role will see you working across a mix of front and back-end commercial matters, including contract drafting, advisory work, negotiations, and dispute resolution. You’ll collaborate directly with senior lawyers and partners on sophisticated transactions and matters for private and corporate clients.

An interest in construction and infrastructure law will be highly regarded, but it’s not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm for commercial law and your ability to think strategically for clients.

About You We’re seeking a lawyer with:

• 1–4 years’ post-admission experience in commercial law (front and/or back end)
  
  
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  
  
• A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to client service
  
  
• Desire to develop alongside experienced partners in a supportive environment
