About the role

Join the dynamic team at lucky 7' as a Customer Service professional based in Seville Grove, WA 6112. This full-time position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experience and supporting the company's retail operations.

What you'll be doing

Open and close shop depending on roaster provided

Monday to Friday availability and weekends required for shop opening and/or closing duties

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service to all customers

Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally and with empathy

Assist customers with product selection, maintaining stock levels and processing transactions

Ensure the store in neat and clean on daily bases

Reporting any problems or hazards to the manager

Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards

Be on time

Be ready to take extra shifts if other workers take sick day off

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

Minimum 3-6 months of customer service or retail experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Reliable, punctual and adaptable to changing priorities

Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

(Preferred not required) to speak Arabic and english.
