WOW Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Appointment Setter and Research Consultant to work with a leading supplier of mortgage broking, financial planning, and superannuation services.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads, scheduling, and conducting comprehensive appointments. You’ll utilise a dialler system and follow scripts but are encouraged to use your intuition to adapt and engage effectively.

What you will be doing?

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads to schedule appointments.
• Conduct thorough fact-finding sessions with qualified leads to understand their needs.
• Consistently book 5+ high-quality appointments per day and conduct at least one fact-finding session daily.
• Accurately log interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the appropriate stakeholders.

What do you bring?

• 2+ years of experience in an Appointment Setter, Sales or similar position.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and intuitively.
• Experience working in a KPI & target-driven organisation.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work within a dynamic and ambitious remote team environment.
