Role Overview
We’re looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to help drive qualified meetings for our clients. You’ll research industries, identify the right decision-makers, and engage them via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads across assigned industries using provided ICP criteria.

Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book meetings.

Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and Apollo.

Research industries and accounts to tailor outreach and build relevant conversations.

Support campaign reporting and continuously improve message performance.

KPIs

100 human contacts per week (via phone, email, or LinkedIn).

Minimum 2 qualified meetings secured per week (2% success rate).

Requirements

1–2 years in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
