Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 26/02/2027.

What is our Social Worker role?

This position provides a social work service to allocated patients and their families within designated teams of Graylands Hospital in accordance with professional and Departmental standards.
