Our client is a well established, medium sized Remedial Building Company that has been specialising in Residential and Commercial Remedial projects and Facade re-cladding projects for over 20 years.

The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking two (2) experienced Leading Hands to join their team immediately. The successful candidates will have proven experience in Remedial Building and Façade / Recladding projects.

Each Leading Hand will report to a Site Manager and will be assigned to separate remedial building projects across Sydney. These are hands-on roles that require strong practical skills, with experience in Remedial Building works, Façade / Recladding, Waterproofing, or similar work like Defect rectification.

What is on offer for you?

• A great pay rate: $40 - $44 p/h (perm) + Overtime Rates + $17.43 Daily Travel Allowance + Superannuation (Pay Rate Negotiable for the right candidate)
• Great Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm - Overtime is optional and not mandatory.

What are we looking for?

• Essential experience in - Remedial Building / Concrete Repair, Facade / Recladding, Waterproofing, or Defect Works.
• A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Site Manager
• Construction Induction White Card.
• Ability to lead and give direction and advise.
• Leading Hand with a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to assist with holding Tool Box / Safety Talks if needed.
• To be considered for these roles you must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen with full working rights
