Our client is currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. This is a reputable company with over 50 years of experience in the geotechnical, piling and foundations space.

In this role, you'll be responsible for management of piling tenders averaging $2M and delivering exceptional results from procurement through to contract award. Estimates will be delivered from first principles with a strong focus on piling & foundation projects for a range of national clients.

The Requirements:

• Demonstrated and extensive estimating experience within the civil construction industry with a focus on piling & foundations.
• Proven track record preparing estimates from first principles.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• High attention to detail, time management and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• A tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, or similar (preferred but not essential).
