Mechanical Fitter – Drive-In / Drive-Out (Wheatbelt, WA)
4 days on, 3 days off.

Join a well-established agricultural manufacturing and maintenance team in the Wheatbelt, just two hours from Perth. We’re seeking a qualified Mechanical Fitter to take on a hands-on role building and repairing heavy agricultural equipment.

What You’ll Do

Assemble, fit and maintain mechanical components, hydraulic systems and structural parts

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or part replacements

Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance and quality checks

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely

Roster & Hours

Monday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm - Later start for driving in

Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm

Thursday: 6:00 am – 5:00 pm - Earlier finish for driving out

Friday–Sunday: Rostered off

Overtime available if desired

About You

Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent experience)

Skilled in fault-finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance

Comfortable working independently and within a small team

Safety-focused and reliable with a positive attitude
