We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our client’s team based in Henderson, working within a large-scale manufacturing and fabrication facility. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency breakdown support for production and welding machinery.

What’s on Offer

• $67.85/hr flat rate – steady, high-paying afternoon shift
• Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday to Friday (38 hrs/week)
• Local Henderson location – home every night
• Industrial maintenance & breakdown repairs – welding machinery & plant equipment
• Ongoing role – full-time opportunity after 3 months

About the Role

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on welding and production machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns efficiently
• Assist with machine upgrades, installations, and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure safe work practices and minimal downtime during production
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams

What You’ll Need

• Trade qualification – Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong understanding of welding machinery and hydraulics/pneumatics
• Ability to troubleshoot and respond quickly to emergency breakdowns
• Commitment to safety and reliability
