A long-standing boutique firm with deep community roots is seeking a seasoned family lawyer to join its respected team. You'll work alongside Accredited Specialists in a professional yet relaxed environment that values practical thinking, mutual respect, and genuine work-life balance.

This full-time role offers hybrid flexibility (3 days in-office, 2 WFH) across two Eastern Melbourne locations.

About the Role

You'll manage your own files and collaborate with senior practitioners on a broad mix of matters, including:

• Property and financial settlements
• Parenting and relocation disputes
• Binding Financial Agreements and superannuation issues
• Spousal maintenance, child support, and intervention orders

About You

• 5+ years' post-admission experience in family law
• Confident handling complex property and parenting matters
• Strong drafting, client management, and negotiation skills
• Independent, but value team support and mentorship
• Seeking a long-term role in a respectful, stable workplace
