About the role

Dynamo Parts & Service Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Administration Assistant to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy workshop operations, ensuring efficient and organised workflows.

What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support to the workshop manager and technicians, including data entry, filing, and document management

Handling customer inquiries and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely resolution of customer requests

Maintaining inventory records and assisting with parts ordering and stock control

Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation

Supporting the implementation of administrative processes and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within an automotive or workshop environment

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management or workshop management software

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to contribute to the success of the workshop
