Mr Cool is seeking a Junior Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Milton. This role is ideal for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning how a busy automotive workshop operates.

About the Role

You’ll be working closely with our Service Advisor and Parts Interpreter, providing administrative and customer service support.
Key responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with bookings and inquiries

Scheduling workshop inspections and customer appointments using our online calendar

Preparing job cards and paperwork for bookings

Responding to email and website inquiries

Updating general information on our website

Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong communication and organisational skills

Enjoys helping customers and working in a team environment

Is reliable, friendly, and eager to learn

Has basic computer skills and attention to detail

(Preferred) Has an interest in cars or the automotive industry — not essential, but a plus!
