The firm are looking for an Intermediate Accountant who’s confident managing a portfolio of clients and thrives in a progressive, supportive remote environment.

About the Role You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, taking ownership of your own client base while being supported by a close-knit and collaborative team.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing end-of-year financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), TPAR and FBT returns
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
• Managing client relationships and delivering timely, accurate advice

About You You’ll bring solid technical grounding and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• 3+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
• Confident preparing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS
• Exposure to Xero and ideally some bookkeeping experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
• Experience using Karbon is a bonus
