About the Company:

They have a strong track record delivering projects in Perth Metro and regional WA, including in live environments.

They are currently seeking a Site Manager to join the team for upcoming hospital projects. The role will require oversight of complex hospital works, using systems such as Hammertech and Procore.

Key Requirements:

• Trade-qualified carpenter preferred
• Proven experience as a Lead Site Manager on commercial projects $20M+ for a main contractor
• Experience delivering projects in live environments (schools, hospitals, airports, retail, etc.)
• Previous hospital project experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong tenure with previous employers
• Full Australian working rights required
