About the Role

They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a $3.5M industrial project.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, managing trades, driving program delivery, and ensuring the project meets the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
With demolition commencing in December, the client is flexible on a December or January start.

Key Requirements:

• Carpenter by trade with proven Site Management experience
• Experience on commercial or industrial projects, ideally up to $20M
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Confident managing live environments and D&C delivery
• Practical, proactive, and safety-focused approach
