Personal Assistant to Director / Business Development Manager
Real Estate | Full-Time | South-East Metro
This role is perfect for someone with strong admin skills and a passion for real estate, who loves being the backbone of operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the Director's calendar, appointments and property viewings
Handling calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
Preparing listing presentations, reports and key documents
Creating CMA reports and supporting listing preparation
Maintaining CRM updates, compliance files and property data
Assisting with database management and appraisal entries
Coordinating social media content and newsletters
Providing general admin and office support as needed
Personal Support Duties
Travel planning, gift purchasing and general personal errands
Managing personal appointments and schedules
Always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
About You
Experience in Real Estate Administration / PM / PA-EA role highly regarded
Minimum 1-2 years experience in real estate administration, property management, or personal assistant roles required
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong organisation and time-management abilities
Confident with Microsoft Office & office technology
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools an advantage
Professional, reliable and trustworthy with high attention to detail
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Australian citizenship is required for this position
