The Role:
We are looking for a Project & Contract Controls Administrator to provide critical administrative and financial support to our project teams.
This role ensures accurate tracking of spending, monitoring of budgets, and reporting of project and contract performance. You will work closely with the GM and project teams to maintain schedule visibility, ensure compliance, and support cost reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records across projects and contracts.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide timely cost reporting.
Support scheduling and ensure project milestones are tracked and reported.
Generate reports to provide insight into project and contract performance.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards.
Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to streamline processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in project administration, contract management, or financial administration.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
Ability to produce clear and accurate reports for management.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
